The diffuser with a high internal induction rate.

The Neo 100 is a circular ceiling-mounted diffuser that is particularly suitable for direct expansion cooling systems (shops, restaurants, etc.). For a given volume of primary air, a volume of air is “sucked in” by the diffuser. This very high internal induction rate allows the diffuser to handle very high ∆T (°C) at relatively low ceiling heights.

Thanks to its high-tech design, the low-temperature supply air is mixed with the ambient air at a higher temperature in the mixing chamber. The mixture is then distributed away from the diffuser at a temperature which ensures the Coanda effect, thereby guaranteeing that occupant comfort is managed.

In contrast to another diffuser, for the same requirement, the use of colder air makes it possible to reduce the primary air flow and therefore to reduce the associated electricity consumption of the fan. The intricately designed diffuser boasts harmonious lines with a fully flush cone. The streamlined, efficient shape of the Neo® 100 integrates seamlessly into suspended ceilings in cafeterias, restaurants or small stores.

The plenum made from 100% recycled polyester textile

PLUMBOX is the first plenum made from recycled textile for air diffusers, linking the ventilation networks to the diffusion terminal unit. Revolutionising air diffuser installation, this ultra-lightweight plenum made from recycled textile replaces traditional heavy, bulky metal plenums.

It offers exclusive advantages: it’s a plenum that fits in an A4 envelope ! Weighing just 145 g, the Plum’Box is ultra-compact and ultra-lightweight. Easy tool-free installation: manufactured from polyester textile, it features Velcro fasteners making it easy to fit to the diffusion terminal unit (no need for self-tapping screws). Suitable for installation in restricted spaces: the supply air will inflate the plenum and it will shape itself to accommodate any obstacles between the ceiling and the suspended ceiling, even when the height between the suspended ceiling and the ceiling is restricted.

The PlumBox is a circular economy product made in France. In fact, the polyester textile from which this product is made comes from polyester textile offcuts used in the production of diffusing textile ducts. France Air has cut the plenum’s carbon footprint by over 90%, allowing it to offer a plenum with a very low environmental impact. Exceptional acoustic comfort and air quality : Unlike traditional metal plenums, there is no condensation effect with the material of the PlumBox. Furthermore, as the textile material reverberates so much less than steel, PlumBox offers superior noise attenuation so the installation is quieter.

Energy recovery in professional kitchens

France Air invents Koox, the first static air-to-air heat recovery unit, and Actinys, the first dual flow hood with integrated heat recovery and compensation.

These two solutions enable the heat contained in the extracted air to be transferred to the compensation air.

The Actinys hood allows the supply air to be preheated to around 18°C thanks to the energy recovered from the extracted air.

CompaClean® is a plug & play fan diffuser module for treatment in recovery rooms, corridors, in-patient rooms, or even operating theatres – risk zones 2 and 3. It is designed for rooms with a risk of infection, recovery rooms, and other zones 2 or 3 with a risk of infection, as defined in the NF standard S 90-351 for healthcare establishments.

CompaClean® allows energy consumption to be minimised during periods of occupancy (nights and weekends), by regulating the flow rates. It is the perfect solution for renovations, as its assembly time has been reduced to the absolute minimum, and recirculation avoids the need to use a duct with a large diameter coming from the AHU.

The relay box for controlling the smoke extraction network.

The Ordinys relay box is used to control a smoke extraction fan in a public access building.

It is a key element of a smoke extraction network. The relay box is a Safety Actuated Device (DAS) used for smoke extraction in public access buildings and high-rise buildings. It controls the “mechanical smoke extraction” ensured by a smoke extraction fan (resistant to 400°C for a period of 2 hours).

This equipment is used to control the fan and exchange information with the various remote controls, accessories and the fire safety mode centraliser (CMSI).

Various ranges: relay box for smoke extraction only, with external or integrated comfort, specific for car parks and, lastly, with soft start.
